KennethCOLLISKEN Sadly passed away on 30th March 2018 at home, surrounded by his loving family, aged 81 years.
Funeral service to take place at St Johns Church, Birchmoor at 11am on Monday 16th April 2018,
followed by burial at Polesworth Abbey.
Colourful attire by family request.
