Dawn MarieCOLLIVERnee Cook "Cookie" Passed away peacefully on 18th October 2018, aged 51 years. Beloved wife of Stephen, much loved mum of Luke, Sam and Tayla and mother-in-law of Nicola and Tina. Special nannie of Zack, Letitia, Levi, Evie-Mae and Carson, very dear daughter of Susan and the late Jim and a dear sister of Martin and the late Christopher. She will be very sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral Wednesday 7th November, service 10.00am at Markeaton Crematorium in the Main Chapel. Please wear something colourful.
