AnthonyCONDONTony Beloved brother, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully on the 1st February 2019, aged 87. Tony was born in Yorkshire. Following his RAF service, he relocated to Essex and began his long career at The Marconi Company, later GEC-Marconi. Tony was a keen sportsman, most notably enjoying much table tennis success at County and National level over 3 decades, and represented Marconi at table tennis championships in Europe in the 1950s. On retirement, he frequently golfed at Bunsay Golf Club and sailed the Blackwater estuary. He was an avid traveller and skier. A springtime celebration of his life for his family and friends will be arranged in Maldon.
