Patrick JosephCONDRONPassed away peacefully on 12th December 2018, aged 85 years. Loving Husband of the late Della, much loved Dad to Shirley and Joe and a dear Grandad. He will be sadly missed. The Funeral Service will be held at St John's RC Church, High Lane, Chorlton, on Thursday 3rd January 2019 at 10.30am, followed by Interment at Stretford Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
