Michael JohnCONNELLOn 26th May 2024, passed away peacefully with his family at his side, recently of Middleton and formerly of Moston, Manchester aged 88 years. Beloved husband of Rita. Dearly loved and proud dad of Andrew, Catherine, Margaret and David. Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth, Jennifer, Robert, Steven, Emma and Daniel. Mike will be very sadly missed by his family and friends.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday 17th June 2024 at St Thomas More RC Church (102 Mainway, Middleton, Manchester M24 1PP) at 11.30 am followed by a short private family committal at Blackley Crematorium (Victoria Avenue, Blackley, M9 8JP). A celebration of his life will take place afterwards at Manchester Golf Club, where he was Captain in 1988 (Rochdale Rd, Middleton, Manchester M24 6QP).
