Patricia (Pat)CONSTANTINEPassed away on 15th October 2019 after a long illness, aged 88 years. Was loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A private cremation will be held, followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Andrew's Church, Medstead on Friday 15th November at 2.30pm, to which all are welcome.
