Peacefully in the company of her family at St. David's Hospice, Llandudno aged 42 years of Cadwgan Road, Old Colwyn. (Midwife at Glan Clwyd Hospital)
Much loved wife of Jason, loving and proud mum to Lottie, Theo and Henri, cherished nanny to Mali, beloved daughter of Melvin and Claire and the late Mandy, fond sister to Tom, Leoni, Kylie and the late Ashley. Amy will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends.
Service at St. John's Church, Old Colwyn on Monday May 18th at 10.45am followed by private committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium.
No flowers by request but donations if desired would be gratefully received towards St. David's Hospice in appreciation of the care and support given to Amy and all the family. c/o
