Jaxon DrewCONWAYPeacefully on Wednesday 27th November Jaxon took his last breath in the loving arms of his parents. Forever loved son to Kyle and Carrie, treasured grandson to Sally, Peter, Lorraine and Mark, joining Grandad Drew in heaven, cherished nephew to Hollie, Luke, Chelsea, Henry and Keighan. The service will be held on Wednesday 11th December at 9.45am at Grimsby Crematorium. All flowers and donations to be sent to H & HJ Hutesons & Sons, The Old Chapel, Bluestone Lane, Immingham. Donations in memory of Jaxon are for Sheffield Children's Hospital, Oncology Ward. (cheques payable to H & HJ Huteson & Sons)
