JohnCOOKCOOK (JOHN) Died suddenly on January 18 2007 aged 62 years. John's Family wish to express their sincere thanks to all Family, Friends and Neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and for the many floral tributes received during their recent tragic and sad loss and also for sharing in their grief. Special thanks go to Father Louis Purcell for his kind and comforting ministrations. Thanks also to the staff of North Manchester General Hospital and Bridgford and Sons Funeral Directors, Monton for their kind and caring arrangements and all their support and to all who attended the service. John would have been proud.
