PaulCOOK(Lemington formerly of Ryton) Peacefully in hospital on 23rd November. Aged 64 years. Paul. Beloved Husband of Debra. Dearly loved Dad of Jenna, Rebecca, Jessica and the late Sarah. Also, a much-loved Grandad and Great Grandad and a dear Brother. Paul will be sadly missed. Cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Tuesday 14th December at 1.15pm. Friends, please meet at the Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to the PDSA.UK.
