PeterCOOKPeacefully on 24th January 2023, whilst in the care of Eastwood Care Home and with his loving daughter by his side, Peter aged 87 years sadly passed away. A much loved husband of the late Pat, a loving dad of Mandy, Roy and the late Alan, a dearest father-in-law of Pete, Debbie and Paula, a treasured grandad, great-grandad, brother-brother-in-law, uncle and a good friend to many. A service to celebrate Peter's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 21st February at 3.45pm. By request family flowers only please but if so desired donations in lieu with cheques made payable to Mandy Jensen which are being collected on behalf of Eastwood Care Home will be gratefully received by Sentiments Funeral home, 17 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, N E Lincs DN31 2LP. There was a time when I was free
To live my life in harmony,
Before the illness, which blighted me,
Swept faces and places from my mind,
People I loved from my memory.

Remember me as I used to be.
Think of me; remember my smile,
The love we shared; linger awhile.
I am at peace now, I am me.
At rest for all eternity.

I will always think of you how you was before this terrible disease got a hold of you. It was so sad and heart breaking to watch. Rest in peace now dad reunited with Mam for ever.
