AlfCOOKEPeacefully at rest on 6th June 2024, whilst in the loving care of his family at home in Burslem, Alfred Martin, Aged 77 years. Dearly beloved husband of Joy. Devoted dad to Mandy, Peter and Martin. A dearest father in law to Andrew, Kate and Katrina. A loving and much loved grandad to Courtney, Beth, Mandi and Florence. A dear brother, brother in law, uncle and friend who will be truly missed.

Funeral service to take place at Swanbank Methodist Church on Thursday 4th July 2024 at 11am, followed by interment at Burslem Cemetery.

Would all relatives and friends please meet at the Church.

Flowers are acceptable.

Thinking of you all at this very sad time. I have very fond memories of Alf from when I had the paper shop in Hamil Road. I remember him as a a true gentleman who always had a smile on his face.

Thanks Alf for your friendship and the many chats that we had when you came to collect your oatcakes. It has been a pleasure to have known you for the last 26 years. You deserve to rest in peace my friend. My condolences to Joy and the family.
