JackCOOLLEDGECOOLLEDGEIt is with deep sadness that Margaret, Ian and Joanne announce that Jack passed away peacefully, at home, on July 3, 2005, after a long illness bravely borne with great determination and courage, Jack was the loving husband for 44 years and best friend of Margaret, beloved dad of Ian and Joanne, loving brother of Frank, Geoff and Mary, brother-in-law and uncle.Service to be held at the Grimsby Crematorium, on Thursday, July 14, 2005, at 11.00am. No flowers please at Jack's own request, donation in lieu, if so desired, may be sent to `Mashfords Donations Account', Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes, DN35 8BB, and the final sum will be divided between the Macmillan Suite at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby and Dr. Mack's Equipment Fund.
