Gregory NeilCOOMBEGreg Very sadly and suddenly passed away on 24th April 2019, aged 43 years, from Upton Cross. Much loved husband, soul mate and best friend of Sarah, devoted daddy to Poppy and Lottie, loving son of Gerald and Jenny and dearest brother of Liz. A Funeral Celebration will be held at St. Ive Church, (A390 between Callington & Liskeard), on Thursday 16th May at 11.30am. Please dress smartly; black clothes are not essential. Family flowers only. Donations if desired, for CALM Campaign Against Living Miserably (suicide prevention for men) can be made by retiring collection or sent to the funeral director F. D. I have just learnt the desperately sad news of Greg's death, during a visit to Callington where I taught French at the Community College between 1985 and 1989. Both Greg and Luz were my pupils and I remember them clearly with much affection. When I left Callington, Greg gave me a spider plant which lived on for at least 20 years and reminded me regularly of a lively, bright, kind boy. I extend my heartfelt sympathies to all his family and friends, Jane Trudgill.
