Catherine BridgetCOOMBS(nee Hearne) Peacefully at her home in Didsbury on Friday 25 February 2022, Catherine, aged 81 years born in Waterford, Ireland. Beloved wife of the late Frank. Loving mum to Anthony, Katrina, Gerry and Tom. Much loved sister of the late Noel and of Margaret, Patricia and James. Funeral mass on Thursday 3rd March at 11:30am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, School Lane, Didsbury, Manchester M20 6HS and burial at Southern Cemetery at 1pm. Family flowers only please. Dear Tom, Anthony, Katrina, and Gerry:

My own mother joins me in extending to you and all of the family our deepest condolences on the loss of your beautiful, beloved "Mum". I've never forgotten her solo trip to New York to visit Tom, and the wonderful time we had together. She was an extraordinary woman, full of verve, charm and quick wit. We hope that your treasured memories will offer some comfort in your sorrow. With so much love and heartfelt sympathy.
