JohnCOOPERCOOPER - JOHN (Retired Consultant Surgeon), November 30, 2018. Peacefully at the Royal Liverpool Hospital, aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Irene, much loved father of Suzanne and David, devoted grandfather to Catherine, Matthew, Emily, Joseph and Chloe. Will be sadly missed by us all. Funeral service at Springwood Crematorium on Monday December 17th at 11am. Family flowers only, but donations gratefully received in lieu to the Oral & Maxillofacial Department, Alder Hey Hospital (cheques only) c/o Thomas Porter & Sons Ltd. 66 Allerton Road, Woolton Village, L25 7RG. Mr Cooper saved my daughter's life in 1990 when she had a giant bone cell tumour in her face. She is now healthy and mum of 3. Thank you for giving us our daughter back. R.I.P

Mr Cooper treated me as a child for facial abnormalities and completely changed my life.
I remember him as being an absolute gentleman and will never forget him and what he done for me.
