I have many happy and funny memories of Simon growing up, he was my dads best friend so we knew him well and his late wife Jill, go to watch Gloucestershire play cricket for many years up until recently, his best trick going off and being seen eating an ice team behind a tree so he didn’t have to but all of us one!! Recently going to Neros every morning for a coffee with my dad, again he’s get there early so he didn’t have to get to coffees in! He was such a nice man with a great sense of humour, we as a family will miss him.
