JohnCOSGROVECOSGROVE - JOHN (JAKE), August 31, 2019. Aged 69 years. Following a short illness, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Diane (My Braveheart, Love you Forever), Loving Dad of Scott, Paul and Philip. Respected Father-in-law of Clare and May. Adored Grandad of Joseph, Daniel and Rosie. Dearest brother of Lorraine, Tina, Philip, Richard and Joseph, Cousin of John and Karen. Reunited with all his late family in Scotland. He will be greatly missed by all extended family and friends. A Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday 18th September at St Aidan's Church, Huyton at 12 noon followed by cremation at Springwood Crematorium at 2 pm.
