(Paul Frederick) Fred Sharon MartinCOTTONCOTTON (Paul Frederick) Fred, Sharon, Martin and Neil wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind words, cards of condolence, beautiful floral tributes and very generous donations to the Air Ambulance, following their sudden loss of Paul, a special son and brother. Special thanks to paramedics Matt Harrison and Scott Amos also sister Kim and all the staff at the A & E Department who fought so hard to save Paul for us. Thanks also to Nathan and E-Zec staff, Red Cross, Fulford CFR-S, staff at Newstead Day Centre for being so good to Paul also Reverend Stuart Hickerman for the lovely service and to Carl Jones at the Co-operative Funeralcare for his kindness throughout this difficult time.
