Phil passed away peacefully at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary on Saturday October 11th 2003, aged 49 years, after a long illness courageously fought. Beloved husband and best friend of Allison, proud, devoted and adored father of Sarah and James and the dearly loved son of Edith and Ray. Phil was a much loved brother-in-law, uncle, son-in-law, a special nephew and cousin and friend to many, he will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church Mickleover on Wednesday October 22nd 2003 10.45am followed by private cremation at Markeaton Crematorium.
