Special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at Norton Brook Medical Centre, Derriford Hospital and St Luke's Hospice, also the Kingsbridge Rehabilitation Team and District Nurses at South Hams Hospital. Sincere thanks go to Adrian, Joan and Lynn at Kingsbridge Funeral Directors, Mr Andy McMullin, the bellringers and organist at St Edmunds Church, Leon Lock RBL Standard Bearer and staff at The Mill Club.
