A celebration of Jan's life will be held at St Patrick's Catholic Church, Brockworth on Monday 8th April 2019 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only, donations are invited for Longfield Hospice (Hospice at Home) and may be sent c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 60a St John's Avenue, Churchdown, Gloucester. GL3 2BX
