Precious Daughter to Kath, Alan, Robert & Kerry and a crazy Sister & Auntie. Friends please meet for service at Saltwell Crematorium on Tuesday 18th April at 11:15am. Please wear comfortable attire. All welcome afterwards to Birtley Buffs Club for a party to celebrate Sarah's life. Flowers welcome or donations if desired to M.I.N.D. and The Grove Care Home.
