FrankCOWINCOWIN - FRANK, January 2, 2021. (Formerly of Franks Barbers, High St, Wavertree.) It is with great sadness that the family wish to announce the passing of Frank. Over his 50 years at his shop he valued his many friends and customers greatly. Due to unforeseen circumstances he was unable to thank them all personally when he retired which he always regretted. Frank was dearly loved and will always will be missed and remembered by us all. Anyone wishing to make a donation in his memory should send them to Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Wife Alison, Children Mark and Sharon, Grandchildren Georgia, Imogen, Jack, Jay and Dan, Sister Norma and Robbie
