Of all the people I've known and loved,
My dear Nan, Ethel Pearl Cox, was beloved,
She danced with joy and knitted with care,
And her crafty cards were beyond compare.

Her kindness and love, oh so true,
Were felt by all who knew her, through and through,
Her gentle spirit and unwavering grace,
Were like a warm embrace, that no one can replace.

I am honored to carry her name,
And grateful for the legacy she claimed,
For she taught me to live life with love,
To cherish each moment, like a gift from above.

Though she's no longer here with me,
I feel her presence, in every memory,
And I know that she's looking down from above,
Sending her love, and dancing with joy and love.

R.I.P nanny 💜
