ThomasCRABTREEReginald Kitchener (Reg) Passed away peacefully on 18th March, aged 98 and a half. A much loved and devoted husband of the late Connie. He will be fondly remembered by his family and friends; his zest for life was an example to all. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel on Monday 16th April at 2.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, for Insight Gloucestershire may be sent c/o Mason & Stokes, 54 Hewlett Road, Cheltenham, GL52 6AH.

Will never forget Reg. He was a true gent. I enjoyed the times I spent with him, especially having a coffee and cake in town when I visited, but most of all the many journeys I made driving him to and from Ruskin Lodge Respite Centre in St Helens. Those journeys were an inspiration and education in themselves. He was so well informed on any subject. He was a 'Pilkington' man through and through.
He loved his independence, but had the most wonderful support from Anne and Mike. They enriched his life so much.
I will miss, but always remember the wonderful character Reg was.
Well done Reg, a good and faithful servant.
