The obituary notice of Stephen Andrew CRAIG

So sorry to hear of Steve's sad passing, which I heard of from an old work mate of ours the first week in October. Fond memories of early days as lads visiting Franklin Street, the odd Withernsea caravan holiday, and going to Wembley to see Rovers in 1964 with the Craig family, Uncle Ted, Aunt Flo, cousins Eddie, Pete and of course Steve who was also the best man at my wedding. We worked together too at Ideal Standard for many happy years. Our social lives drifted apart as we got older but the memories stay the same. RIP old pal, and condolences to all the family, your cousin Gary Clark and family x

My dear friend Steve, it was a joy growing up with you in Franklin Street all those years ago and having a holiday to Withernsea with you and your Mam & Dad memories that I will cherish forever, even though after our teenage years our paths in life took different directions with me joining the army and we didn’t see anything of each other for many years, but you was always in my thoughts “wondering how you was doing in life”, I was so pleased “as you was” that we was able to meet up again after so many years apart and now again you will always remain in my thoughts my dear friend God bless you and rest in peace.
