Jacob MatthewCRANEPassed away peacefully on Tuesday 7th May, 2024, following a long illness, courageously borne, aged 17 years. Jacob of Birchgrove, Swansea. Much loved son of Jess and Stephen, adored big brother of Archie, treasured grandson of Emyr & Christine. Ann & David and Paul, beloved great grandson, nephew and cousin. Jacob will be greatly missed by all his loving family and many friends.
Funeral service at Swansea Crematorium on Friday 31st May at 12 noon. Black attire and club ties to be worn if you are associated with a sports club. No flowers by request, however donations in memory of Jacob may be directed to the family or the funeral directors. It is the family's wish to raise funds to sponsor a room in Jacob's memory at Ronald McDonald House, Heath, Cardiff which provided accommodation for the family during Jacob's illness.
