Denis JosephCRONINSadly, passed away on Tuesday, 6th October 2026, aged 82 years. Denis, of Hopkinstown, Pontypridd, formerly of Dunmanway, Ireland.
Denis was a well-known and kind man. He was a great character who was loved and remembered by everyone who met him. His skill in stonemasonry was exceptional, and his large, powerful hands, able to lift heavy stones, were legendary.
Son of the late Daniel and Sheila, brother of Ted, Pat, Donal, Esther, Hannie, Theresa, Cornelius, Bessie, Mary, Johnny, Christie, Sheila, Noreen, Margaret, Christina and Gerard. Denis was a proud Irishman who settled in Wales and will be deeply missed by his partner and closest friend, Janet. Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters and all of his many nieces and nephews.
