PhilipCROOKESOn June 10th, 2008 Suddenly but peacefully at Leeds General Infirmary and of Dalton, Philip, aged 63 years. A loved and devoted husband of Flo, much loved dad of Anne-Marie and Paul, dear step dad of Carol, David and Lynda and also a loving grandad. A Service and committal will take place on Thursday June 19th at Huddersfield Crematorium, Fixby at 3.00 p.m. No flowers by request but donations for Kirkwood Hospice would be appreciated for which a plate will be available.
