GeorgeCROSBIEMargaret Crosbie would like to thank all family and friends who expressed their sympathies on the recent sad loss of her much loved husband, George. They have helped her greatly. Thanks, too, to George's nephew, Revd John R Smith, for leading the funeral service at Roucan Loch Crematorium, and the others who took part, Karen Muir, Kenny Gillespie, and Bill McLeod. The Right Worshipful Master and Brethren of Thistle Lodge No 62, and other masonic brothers, provided loyal and faithful support through George's long illness, and were very helpful with funeral arrangements. Gratitude is expressed to all the staff of Ward 18 at Dumfries Infirmary who cared for George over the last weeks. Grateful thanks, too, to Mr Russell Jardine and the staff of Jardine Funeral Directors, Dumfries, for their sensitive and efficient services.
