JohnCULSHAWIt is with great sadness that we must announce the passing of John Culshaw on Saturday 22nd May 2022, aged 84 years. John passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. A loving Husband to Angela. Devoted Dad to Rachel, Rebecca, Richard and Andrew. A loving Grandad to Laura, Lewis, Spencer, Lucas, Mia and Joel. Great Grandad to Logan, Eiley, Elsie and Elian. John was a caring Brother, Brother in Law, Uncle and trusted friend to Danny and Katelan, his many Cousins and to all who knew him. John was a devoted christian until the end. Requiem mass to take place at St Gabriel's Catholic Church, Castleton at 10.00am on Friday 10th June 2022 followed by interment at St John's Thornam Church Yard, Middleton. Family flowers please by request, donations if desired are to Springhill Hospice, a donation box will be available on the day. I met John through working at Mattersons in Shawclough we then played football together for Torchbearers Rip John a gentleman always.

It's been an absolute pleasure to have known John for these last ten years or so. I'm already missing our weekly chats about cricket and football etc.. God bless you John.
