John MbeCUNNINGHAM24th June 2022, peacefully aged 82. Devoted husband, 56 years of Anita. Beloved Dad to Susan and Tracy, proud Grandad of Paul and Steven, loving Great Grandad to Aubrey. Father-in-law and mate of both Frank Mullin and Nick Cosgrave. Grand Father-in-law of Shelley and Emma. We know you can no longer stay with us; you fought long and hard. Although we cannot hear your voice, or see your smiling face, or mischievous blue eyes. We know you are now at peace and that you watch over and protect us. Good night, God bless. Former Youth Leader of Merchant Taylor's Youth Club, in Seaforth (affectionately known as 'the boysie'). Well known as a boxer and trainer in the North West (associated with Maple Leaf, and Mayfair). All welcome to celebrate Jackie's life. Funeral Mass to take place at St Edmund of Canterbury Church on Thursday 21st July 2022 at 11:30am with Cremation to follow at Thornton Crematorium at 12:45pm. Family flowers only please.
