Clare Cunningham nee Rafferty so sadly taken so early by such a cruel disease. My Darling Niece, so beautiful both on the outside and on the inside. Gentle, kind and so loving.

I'd known you since you were 3 years old, much loved by my sister Pat who became your mum after your own mum Monica had tragically died in childbirth.

Such a huge loss for your devoted husband Peter, your children Nina, Frances & Daniel. And for your Mum Pat, sister Sara & brother Liam and their families.

But you'll be in heaven with your dad Gerry, brother Philip and Monica the mum you never knew.
Rest in peace beautiful Clare.
Smile down kindly on all of us left behind.

I was so sorry to hear this sad news. Like her cousin Jane, she'd fought this horrible diseases for so long but she is now at rest. her battle over. Reunited with mum Monica, Dad Gerry and brother Phil. My thoughts are with mum Pat, husband Peter, children and grandchildren.

Clare was a wonderful women, so happy kind and gentle, as she was as an ITU Nurse.
I had the privilege of working with you Clare, for quite a few years, at the Freeman. You always seemed to spread your positivity and amazing outlook on life, where ever you were.
Rest in peace now 💜
Your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
