at home with his family by his side, Fred aged 76 years of Chapel Carn Brea Farm, Crows-an-Wra.

Beloved husband of Muriel, loving father of Helen & Andrew, and grandad to Ffion, Grace, Charlie & Duncan.

Funeral service on Monday 11th November 2024,
2 pm at Treswithian Downs Crematorium, Camborne.

Fred is an inspiration for his dedication to environmental issues and his keenness to apply his values to his own life through his approaches to agriculture. I will miss hearing about his ideas and plans while undertaking aerial surveys for him, seated in the middle of one of his experimental fields. Bon voyage Fred.

Dear Mu, Helen, Andrew and family. Sending love and hugs from the Southern Hemisphere. Thinking of you all.

Fred was kind, witty, clever, funny and a fantastic uncle. I will treasure the early years in Bury and the later years in Cornwall. Many wise conversations.

He’ll live on through his nature conversation work for many years to come. The planet is in a better spot due to his dedication and commitment. Trees glorious trees.
