ShirleeDACOSTAHAREWOODAugust 10th, 2015. Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital and of Rhyl, aged 71 years. We are heartbroken to tell you our beautiful mother has died. Mum to Silvana, Sapphire, Saul and Seren Jade, sister-in-law to Ray, nainy to Brogan, Charlie, Paradise, Priseis and the late Tinkerbell and loved by Jeni and Kath. Our mum has been taken away far too soon and is going to be truly missed but is now in God's loving arms. We love you so much mum. Funeral Service will take place on Monday August 24th 2015 at St. Ann's Church, Vale Road, Rhyl at 12.00 noon, followed by Committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium. The family have requested that colourful clothes are to be worn to attend the Service. Family flowers only but donations will be gratefully accepted in memory of Shirlee for The Heart Foundation and Alder Hey Childrens Hospital.
