Paul AnthonyDAINTY11th June 2020: Passed away at home with loving wife Paula, following a short illness. God saw you getting weary Paul, but a cure was not to be, He put His arms around you and whispered come with me. Of all the precious gifts in life however great or small to have you for a husband Paul, was the greatest gift of all. Goodnight - God bless. Out of all your pain now, rest peacefully. Till we meet again your ever loving wife Paula xxxxx

My heartfelt sympathy to you Paula on the loss of your devoted Paulie. What can I say that can ease your pain. Only that you knew of his adoration and love for you throughout your years together. He was your soulmate and friend as well as a fantastic husband. His generosity and empathy with everybody was wonderful. He was a tremendous support to me when I was looking after my Mum and Les the collections and flowers from “The Lads That Matter “ were very much appreciated. But then he did that for everyone. Such a great genuine ‘Mate’ to everyone. He will be very sadly missed. Love and hugs. Sylvia. Xxx

Paulie, 30 years ago when we got our first H.G.V. Jobs I thought 'I'll have to keep an eye on this Kirkby scally'. How wrong I was, in 30 years never a cross word between us, never a problem you didn't want to help with, 30 years of having a mate who always listened and so many years of your's and the lovely Paula's generosity.. Anyone who knew Paulie knew how big a heart he had. We will miss you so much.
Allan, Irene and all the family.

Uncle Paulie, I will always miss my visits but I am a very lucky little girl to have such a special uncle. Each time I snuggle into my Teddy for a story, Mummy and Daddy will tell me about the amazing person who bought me it. I will blow a kiss to the stars to you. Lots of love your little mate Ella xx
