JeremyDAISHJeremy, (Jem) died at home on February 9th, aged 65. Dear son of Yvonne and Joe, brother of Nick and Pip; uncle Jeremy to James and Luke, Kate and Lawrence. Will be sadly missed. Funeral service to take place at St. John the Baptist Church, Great Amwell on Monday 4th March at 1 pm. All friends welcome. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Sepsis Trust.
