MichaelDALESadly passed away on Sunday 13th August at The Royal Stoke Hospital with his close friends Betty and Tracy by his side. Michael aged 77 years of Hartshill.

Michael will be sadly missed by all that knew him.

The funeral service will take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Monday 16th October at 10am.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the service are kindly invited to meet at the crematorium.
