"Fly over the rainbow, Gramps" As per John's wishes, a private immediate family only cremation already taken place. Kay would like to thank most sincerely Keith, July, Dominic, Keith and Julie for their unconditional support and love given to both John and her over the past 19 months. (What would we have done without you). Also to Home Instead, Macmillan and Marie Curie who with your help, John's wishes to stay at home could be realised.
