Angela ClaireDANIELPeacefully, on Thursday 30th December, Angela fell asleep at her home after her brave battle which was fought with great strength and determination, Aged 51 years. Angela was surrounded by her heartbroken husband and best friend Phil, and her four loving sons Ryan, Jake, Aron and Max. Angela truly was an inspiration to all who knew her and will be deeply missed by her friends and colleagues. Phil and the boys would especially like to thank the team at The Velindre Hospital, The City Hospice team and the Healthcare at Home nurses who cared for Angela. The funeral service will be on Tuesday 1st February at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel at 12.30pm. Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu of flowers can be made in Angela's memory directly to the ACF UK, Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. All enquiries can be made to David Monk-Roberts, Funeral Director, Pidgeons of Cardiff, 02920 226 604.
