Much loved and devoted Gramps to Natalie and Rachel. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Resting in the care of Green Willow Funerals until his funeral service in the coming weeks. Due to the current restrictions attendance will be by invitation only. Family flowers only, donations if desired can be made directly to Velindre Hospital in memory of Bill. Family request colourful clothing optional.
