DanielDARWOODSadly on the 18th April 2024, Dan passed away peacefully at home aged 80 years.
A beloved husband to the late Christine. A dearly loved dad to Joanne, Louise and Marie and father in law to Brian, Darren and Mike. A treasured grandad to Anthony, Michael, Mark, Jamee-Leigh, Amiee, Stephanie and Tom. A much loved great grandad, a loved brother and a great friend to many.
A service to celebrate Dan's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 17th May at 1.30pm.
By Dan's own request, no floral tributes, but donations in his memory can be sent directly to The R.N.L.I. West Quay Road, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1HZ.

Danny worked offshore on the Viking and LOGGS offshore gas production facilities. Hard worker always with a story to tell true character of the nicest kind.

What a a lovely man and character Dan was. I had the pleasure of working at the same company as him for a few years. I was always interested in his stories from Dan's fishing days as he sailed with my Grandad. Dan will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Mark xx
