AndyDAVEYMotor Services, Dunvant (ex-BSC, Port Talbot Steelworks) Sadly passed away peacefully at Morriston Hospital on Sunday 27 September, age 75 years. Much loved husband of Gwyne, loving father of Denise and Russell (wife Janine), beloved Ampa to Danny and Alex. A kind gentle man, and a gentleman much loved and respected by all who knew him Andy will be greatly missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and neighbours. Family flowers only. Private service at Llanelli Crematorium, 4pm Tuesday 13 October. Due to current restrictions, no attendance is permitted. However, family, friends, and neighbours can pay their respects en route, as the cortege departs the family home at 2.40pm, via the Dunvant Rugby Club and leaving his garage in Dunvant at 3.00pm. Donations, in lieu of flowers, and tributes may be made, if desired, by accessing 'Announcements' and/or 'Donations and Tributes' on www.gower-funeral-services.co.uk

Many good memories of Andy - most involving the swans. My favourite being a 2-1 win over Cardiff in the 90s and the celebrations that followed. Andy enjoyed that one. RIP Andy. Thoughts with the family

As one of Andy's first cousins I can only whole heartedly agree with all earlier tributes. I would add that I shall remember him as placid, affable, loving and friendly and someone to whom a smile came easily .We all loved him.
