CharlesDAVIDBLACKLEY Died peacefully at his home on 11th November 2008. Committal will take place for family and close friends at the Amersham Crematorium on Tuesday 25th November at 1.15pm. Family flowers only please. A Thanksgiving Service will follow at Chesham Methodist Church at 2.00pm. Donations if desired to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home, and the Marie Curie Nurses, c/o Cooks Funeral Services. 01494 791359.
