PatriciaDAVIESJulie, Darren and all the family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to family, friends & neighbours for the all cards, kind messages of sympathy, support and donations received following the recent sad loss of their much loved mum Pat on 13th September 2015. Sincere thanks also to Dr. Smith, Dr. Bowen and Dr. Radford, Bodreinallt Surgery, the nurses and Doctors at St. David's Hospice for the care given to Pat and the kindness and support for the family.
