Mae'r teulu am gynnig eu diolch i Teifi Surgery Llandysul, ac i Dr Mau-Don Phan a Sister April yn yr Uned Cemotherapi am y gofal gofalus a roesant. Diolch yn arbennig i'r Parchedig Guto Prys ap Gwynfor am gynnal y gwasanaeth angladd ac am ei holl gefnogaeth yn ystod ein profedigaeth. Diolch i Peter Evans am gynnal y trefniadau angladdol. Eira and the family would like to express their sincere thank you to all the relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards and messages of sympathy at the time of their sad loss. Sincere thank you to all who attended the funeral service and for the generous donations given, the total raised being £1,000. This money will be donated to the Chemotherapy Day Unit at Glangwili Hospital. The family wishes to offer their sincere thanks to Teifi Surgery Llandysul, and to Dr Mau-Don Phan and Sister April at the Chemotherapy Unit for the careful care they gave. A special thank you to the Revd Guto Prys ap Gwynfor for conducting the service and for all his support during our bereavement. Thank you to Peter Evans for carrying out the funeral arrangements.
