SamDAVIESOn behalf of myself and my family I would like to thank everyone for the kind donations and numerous cards sent. The donations are going to the Marie Curie Nurses who nursed Sam in his last few days. I want to thank our Doctors and District Nurses at Plas Menai Surgery, our pharmacy in Penmaenmawr and the volunteers who delivered Sam's medication. Thank you also to Roger Roberts, Funeral Director, for looking after us all. I would also like to thank the neighbours and friends who took the time to come out of their homes to support us and say farewell. Lastly I would like to thank the friends who came to the cemetery.
