God love you Peter - we had some funny times together and your jokes always made us either laugh or cry in equal measures

I love you so much uncle Peter. You were an absoutle rubix cube, a legend in your own lunch time! My heart hurts so much knowing that I will never come home from work ever again to find you randomly stood on my doorstep. I am sad that I will never again be able to put the world to rights with you, I will even miss the 3 hour phone calls that went off on a million tangents.

You Were kind, empathic and beautiful and you were wise, the advice and guidance you gave me, regardless if I wanted it or not will always be with me now. I will never forget and always be inspired by your immperfect way of perfectly looking at things and how you made sense of the madness. I will always think of you whenever I see an allygate in liverpool and I will smile. I am so proud to be your niece and i will be for the rest of my days . Thank you for being in my life and being there for me. Thank you for loving me. You are safe with grandad in heaven now and both of you forever in my heart. Xx Rhonda

I will never forget your humour, puns, and insight Peter; your emails always made my day and I've saved them for when I need a laugh or some sage wisdom. You're a great competitor, and the chili challenges you won are legendary. As you once told me, 'when the song has ended the melody lingers on', and yours is unforgettable.
