Dr E Wynne DaviesDAVIESMBE FRAgS 19.03.1932 - 07.12.2021 On Tuesday 7th December, Wynne Davies passed away after a short illness at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. Husband of the late Ruth, father of David and Jane, brother of Ann and the late David and Kathleen, grandfather and great-grandfather. Wynne a former Principal Lecturer at UWIC, Cardiff will be best remembered for his life-long interest in Welsh Ponies and Cobs. As a Pony and Cob breeder, exhibitor, historian, and author, he was without equal. A former WPCS President and Publicity officer and Royal Welsh Show commentator. The family are deeply touched and honoured by the large number of messages received and thank everybody for their kind words and support. He will be deeply missed by many. Funeral Tuesday 21st December, service at St David's Church, Miskin, Pontyclun at 11.00am where friends please meet.
